Registration fee

The fee options are

• Member (Early bird)** $185 (Closed)

• Member** $205

• Non-Member $265

• Presenter $105 (maximum of two per presnetation at this special rate)

• Display from $125 see display options

• Groups of ten or more full-time education students should contact VALA for possible discounts (limits apply).

** Member rate only applies to Individual members and, for Organisation members, up to four people from the same organisation. You can extend the number in an Organisation membership by purchasing supplementary memberships (see the membership form PDF 80KB). You must be a financial member at the time of registration. You can download a 2010 membership form (PDF 80KB) and send it in with your registration.

Payment

• VALA has an ABN 79 587 098 915 and a tax invoice will be sent to every registrant.

• Registrations are not valid unless accompanied payment or a purchase order.

• Purchase Order: Provide a purchase order number with this registration; an invoice will be sent promptly.

• Fees includes all Friday conference sessions, morning tea, lunch and participant pack.

Payment methods

• By cheque (make payable to ‘VALA’, and send to Box 938, Springvale South VIC 3172).

Session choices

Provide your session choices when you register. Numbers in some sessions may be limited. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment. However note that the program is subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Cancellations notified in writing prior to Friday, March 12, 2010 incur a fee of $50 (inc GST); on or after Friday, March 12, 2010 no refund is given. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference. Substitutions can be arranged at any time.

Early bird date (members)

Early bird benefit registrations closed on Friday, February 12, 2010.

Closing date

Conference Registrations close Friday, March 12, 2010. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a place.
