** Member rate only applies to Individual members and, for Organisation members, up to four people from the same organisation. You can extend the number in an Organisation membership by purchasing supplementary memberships (see the membership form). You must be a financial member at the time of registration. You can download a 2012 membership form and send it in with your registration.

Cancellations

Cancellations notified in writing prior to Thursday, November 17, 2011 incur a fee of $50 (inc GST); on or after Thursday, November 17, 2011 no refund is given. Payment must be received prior to attending the professional development day. Substitutions can be arranged at any time.

Closing date

Registrations close Thursday, November 17, 2011. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a place.
