  4. Receive reports on the activities of the 2016-2017 year.

  1. Elect the officers of the Association - All positions* become vacant at the AGM

Voting is available to one representative of each financial member organisation or financial individual members.

* Committee members should be able to fulfil all duties and obligations required of the position, including attend meetings of the committee and become appropriately conversant with the duties and responsibilities of the VALA committee, members and VALA contractors.
