As the academic year draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect…. What a year it’s been!
Two fantastic conferences, many masterclasses and our regional PD offerings took us around the state in 2018!
We participated in consultations, working parties, reviews and evaluations with stakeholders from local VCAL providers to government and anything in between in order to bring the VCAL to the top of everyone’s agenda. We thank our members for their ongoing support and our Conference and Masterclass presenters who generously share their knowledge, passion and resources with the VCAL community.
Looking forward to 2019, we are in the midst of planning an ambitious schedule of PD offerings in both Melbourne and regional areas, keep an eye out for our eVALA/website.
A call for papers to present at our annual conference 'VCAL Loud and Proud' is now open and we encourage all to consider submitting a presentation or workshop (see below).
We would like to wish all of you a well-deserved break over summer and are looking forward to working with you in 2019.
With warm regards
Would you like to present at the 2019 VALA Annual Conference?
The 2019 VALA Annual Conference ‘VCAL Loud and Proud’ celebrates VCAL success stories – at every opportunity, at every level, with all VCAL cohorts – and we’re seeking your input! We are inviting educators, coordinators and principals to share their VCAL success stories on Friday, 21st June at Jasper Hotel, Melbourne CBD.
